The rules are simple; you are either a GUEST (looking for workspace) or a HOST (providing workspace). GUESTS benefit from the flexible terms, reduced rents, and starting a company around other successful entrepreneurs. HOSTS benefit by supplementing their rent, bringing energy and vitality into their work environment, and giving back to the emerging tech community.
